Job Description

Trilingual Executive Assistant providing multilingual support focused on executive needs in Latin America. Managing documents, coordinating travel, and ensuring administrative efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payments and invoicing with accuracy
  • Provide professional customer service in Spanish, French, and English
  • File, organize, and maintain documents and records
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Coordinate travel bookings and manage executive itineraries
  • Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish, French, and English (written and spoken)
