Job Description
UI/UX Designer creating user-centric digital experiences for TTEC remotely in the Philippines. Collaborating with teams to design visually appealing interfaces and conducting user research.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
- Develop user personas, user journeys, and wireframes that illustrate design concepts and solutions
- Design high-quality interfaces and user experiences that are visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with industry best practices and brand guidelines
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs as needed
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and learners
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve design skills and techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX design skills and a process-oriented approach to design
- Proficiency in Figma & Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile and web interfaces
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
