Job Description
Vice President, Development leading comprehensive fundraising strategies and team at Cancer Support Community. Focused on major gifts, donor relations, and innovative fundraising initiatives for cancer support.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the chief architect of CSC’s comprehensive fundraising strategy and team structure.
- Oversee planning, execution, and scaling of a dynamic fundraising program.
- Lead and mentor a team of high-performing fundraisers focused on corporate and foundation giving.
- Drive innovation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Personally manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and major donors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of progressive fundraising leadership experience
- Strong understanding of data-driven fundraising practices
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Virtuous preferred)
- Familiarity with fundraising analytics tools
- CFRE preferred.
