Job Description
VP of Enterprise New Logo Sales leading sales strategy for enterprise clients in the Public Sector at Ensono. Fostering collaboration and driving revenue growth in a high-performing sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive new logo acquisition strategy targeting enterprise clients across key verticals.
- Build, mentor, and lead a world-class enterprise sales team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Drive the full sales lifecycle for large, complex transformation deals—including prospecting, solution development, proposal generation, and contract negotiation.
- Establish and nurture executive relationships with C-level business and technology leaders, positioning Ensono as a strategic partner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and solution delivery.
- Own and deliver on sales targets for new logo bookings, revenue, and gross margin, with full accountability for pipeline development and forecasting.
- Lead and participate in high-stakes deal pursuits, including pricing, contracting, and executive presentations.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market strategies and product development.
- Champion Ensono’s value proposition, articulating the business impact of mainframe and hybrid IT solutions to enterprise clients.
- Ensure operational excellence in sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in IT services, with a track record of winning new logos and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of mainframe, hybrid IT, and cloud transformation solutions.
- Experience in the SLED vertical
- The ability to travel and manage a central west geography
- Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams in a consultative, complex sales environment.
- Demonstrated success in large deal pursuits, including solution development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing sales P&L, forecasting, and pipeline health.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
