Job Description

Project Manager leading warehouse automation, conveyor, robotics, and material handling implementations for MHS Lift. Managing customer projects from concept through completion across industrial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Define project scope and objectives with customers, sales, engineering, and executive leadership
  • Manage implementation of warehouse automation and integrated material handling systems
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and closeout activities
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout implementation
  • Support continuous improvement and drive adoption of project management best practices across the organization
  • Oversee projects from concept through completion while exceeding customer expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of project management experience in automation, material handling, warehouse systems, robotics, AMRs/AGVs, conveyor systems, or related industrial environments
  • Experience managing technical design and system implementation projects
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, CAD layouts, and system designs
  • Strong understanding of warehouse automation and material handling technologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for business travel
  • Approximately 50% travel: 25% local/regional and 25% national
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Preferred experience with warehouse automation systems, conveyor systems, robotics, AGVs, AMRs, and distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
  • Unable to sponsor H1B visas
