Job Description

Western Regional Sales Manager driving sales and training distributors for Keeler, specializing in eyecare solutions. Manage regional sales and client accounts while promoting career development.

Responsibilities:

  • achieve territory sales unit revenue and growth targets
  • develop, coach, and train distributors and representatives
  • manage regional expenses
  • formulate and implement strategic business plans
  • maintain effectiveness in prospecting and networking
  • identify and develop major client accounts

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of direct outside sales experience required
  • preferably experience in medical device, eye care, ophthalmology, or optometry
  • bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred
  • excellent listening skills
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • excellent public speaking and presentation skills
