Job Description
Western Regional Sales Manager driving sales and training distributors for Keeler, specializing in eyecare solutions. Manage regional sales and client accounts while promoting career development.
Responsibilities:
- achieve territory sales unit revenue and growth targets
- develop, coach, and train distributors and representatives
- manage regional expenses
- formulate and implement strategic business plans
- maintain effectiveness in prospecting and networking
- identify and develop major client accounts
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of direct outside sales experience required
- preferably experience in medical device, eye care, ophthalmology, or optometry
- bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing preferred
- excellent listening skills
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- excellent public speaking and presentation skills
