Job Description
DocuSign Workflow Manager improving financial document workflows at Sumsub, an AI-powered trust infrastructure company. Configuring CLM processes, troubleshooting integrations, and training internal users.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain DocuSign CLM workflows, Document Generation Forms, and templates
- Implement conditional routing, approvals, and automated reminders
- Diagnose routing, field-mapping, template, signature, and integration issues
- Coordinate with developers when required
- Gather requirements from internal teams and translate them into system improvements
- Develop and maintain processes for preparing, verifying, categorizing, and archiving financial documents
- Maintain documentation on workflows, templates, and system changes
- Train internal users on DocuSign processes and best practices
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with DocuSign workflow configuration, template management, and troubleshooting
- Experience with DocuSign CLM and e-Signature is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to build and improve document management processes
- Experience gathering requirements and working with developers or external vendors
- Strong logical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence training non-technical users
- Fluent English
