Job Description
Business Intelligence Associate Analyst supporting data reporting and insights for Ensemble’s healthcare revenue cycle management solutions. Preparing, validating, and organizing data for stakeholder decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of data-driven insights within a healthcare revenue cycle management organization
- Collect data from internal systems and external sources to support reporting needs
- Validate data accuracy and completeness before analysis or distribution
- Prepare standard reports and dashboards using established templates and tools
- Assist in identifying data discrepancies and escalate issues for resolution
- Document processes and maintain data integrity in reporting systems
- Support ad-hoc data requests by extracting and organizing relevant information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of routine reporting tasks
Requirements:
- Reside and be authorized to work within the United States
- Applications from outside the United States will not be considered
- Foundational analytical skills
- Ability to gather, validate, and prepare data for reporting and analysis
- Ability to collect data from internal systems and external sources
- Ability to validate data accuracy and completeness
- Ability to prepare standard reports and dashboards using established templates and tools
- Ability to identify data discrepancies and escalate issues for resolution
- Ability to document processes and maintain data integrity in reporting systems
- Ability to extract and organize information for ad-hoc data requests
