Job Description
Revenue Enablement working student supporting administrative operations for Trimble's T&L team. Gaining experience while coordinating training and onboarding in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the team's shared G Drive, calendar, and inbox acting as the first point of contact for inquiries
- Assist with new sales joiners' onboarding and enrollment in the onboarding program
- Assist with logistical coordination for internal training sessions and team meetings
- Collect and organize raw data on training attendance and program completion
- Support the maintenance of content catalog and learning systems (LMS/Seismic)
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Current student able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for a year
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel)
- Eager to learn enablement tools and systems like Seismic
- Quick learner, able to work on your own initiative.
