Job Description
Account Coordinator supporting automotive clients at Team Velocity, a full-service automotive marketing agency. Coordinating deliverables, client communications, reporting, and campaign support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of agency-client relationships and processes
- Work closely with Regional Account Directors, Production, and Onboarding team members to ensure timely deliverables
- Develop and maintain understanding of the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies
- Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity’s processes, account management, integrated strategies, and Apollo proprietary technology platform
- Assist with Customer Success documents, including meeting agendas, reporting decks, and client communications
- Participate in and document client meetings and conference calls
- Communicate with Account Teams about deliverable status and work in progress
- Assist with resolving client questions and needs
- Problem-solve production issues and errors and escalate issues as needed
- Understand client goals and organize deliverables for productive campaign results
- Update and maintain clients’ Consumer Portals
- Maintain knowledge of manufacturer compliance and co-op requirements
- Support the Account Management team with additional tasks
- Learn client accounts and understand their Perfect Market
- Build knowledge of the automotive industry and integrated marketing strategies
- Exercise proactive daily communication with colleagues and clients
- Seek ways to add value to the client/agency relationship
- Work ahead on known client deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- A minimum of 0-2 years’ professional experience
- Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing and/or Customer Service experience, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Extremely organized, task and detail-oriented
- Must be a critical thinker
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write, listen, and articulate clearly, concisely, and professionally
- Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of projects
- Ability to establish priorities and objectives
- Flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to maintain focus and constructive behavior under pressure
- Must be located within the Continental U.S. and able to support 8:30AM–5:30PM EST business hours
