Job Description
Account Coordinator supporting client accounts for Team Velocity, a full-service automotive marketing agency. Coordinating deliverables, communications, reporting, and campaign support across internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of agency-client relationships, processes, the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies
- Work closely with Regional Account Directors, Production, and Onboarding team members to ensure timely deliverables
- Attain working knowledge of Team Velocity processes, account management, integrated strategies, and Apollo proprietary technology
- Assist with preparation of Customer Success documents, including meeting agendas, reporting decks, and client communications
- Participate in and document client meetings and conference calls
- Maintain communication with Account Teams regarding deliverable status and work in progress
- Assist with resolving client questions and needs in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot production issues and errors, escalating issues as needed
- Understand client goals and organize deliverables to support productive campaign results
- Update and maintain client Consumer Portals
- Maintain knowledge of compliance and co-op requirements for manufacturers
- Support the Account Management team with additional tasks as needed
- Work ahead on known client deliverables
- Learn and maintain knowledge of client accounts and their Perfect Market
- Proactively communicate professionally and efficiently with colleagues and clients
- Seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing and/or Customer Service experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Extremely organized, task and detail-oriented
- Critical thinking ability
- Exceptional communication skills, including writing, listening, and clear, concise, professional articulation
- Ability to proactively take ownership of projects
- Ability to establish priorities and objectives
- Flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to maintain focus and constructive behavior under pressure
- Must be located within the Continental U.S.; Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred
- Ability to support 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST business hours
