Job Description
First Health account manager driving strategic relationships, contract delivery, and retention for CVS Health healthcare clients. Advising complex National Accounts on healthcare trends and operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic account management and operational initiatives for a portfolio of complex client relationships
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth through relationship management, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration
- Oversee execution of account strategies and delivery of contractual commitments
- Identify opportunities to enhance client value
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead contract implementation and onboarding for new clients, products, and program expansions
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments
- Assess business impacts and drive strategic process improvements
- Drive client retention and growth through proactive account management and strategic planning
- Advise clients on regulatory requirements, healthcare trends, and industry developments
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve client outcomes, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness
- Develop and present executive summaries and business recommendations
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Account Management or a related client-facing role
- Experience providing operational support for large and complex National Accounts
- Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics
- Proficiency in execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting
- Skilled in fostering collaboration and promoting effective teamwork
- Growth mindset, including agility and developing yourself and others
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to travel 10–20% within the designated territory
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent professional qualifications and training, or relevant experience in the field
- Preferred: experience in the healthcare and insurance industry
- Preferred: expertise in provider relationship management and handling rental contract agreements
