Job Description

Account Director at Ripple Fiber driving growth in MDU communities by negotiating bulk agreements. Engage with property managers and builders to influence long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead Ripple Fiber’s growth in multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities
  • Identify, develop, and close bulk agreements with builders, property managers, and stakeholders
  • Engage stakeholders to influence decisions and drive bulk agreements
  • Create compelling value presentations that highlight fiber’s advantages
  • Partner with internal teams to produce proposals and launch plans
  • Lead negotiations and manage the legal process

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of field sales or account acquisition experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Documented success exceeding quotas and closing contracts with property owners/PMs
  • Proven negotiation and contract proficiency
  • Working knowledge of fiber networks, managed Wi-Fi
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
