Job Description
Account Director at Ripple Fiber driving growth in MDU communities by negotiating bulk agreements. Engage with property managers and builders to influence long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead Ripple Fiber’s growth in multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities
- Identify, develop, and close bulk agreements with builders, property managers, and stakeholders
- Engage stakeholders to influence decisions and drive bulk agreements
- Create compelling value presentations that highlight fiber’s advantages
- Partner with internal teams to produce proposals and launch plans
- Lead negotiations and manage the legal process
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of field sales or account acquisition experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Documented success exceeding quotas and closing contracts with property owners/PMs
- Proven negotiation and contract proficiency
- Working knowledge of fiber networks, managed Wi-Fi
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
