Job Description
Account Executive focusing on SaaS sales cycles for eCommerce brands in APAC. Manage sales processes, ensure smooth transitions, and collaborate effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from inbound discovery to demo to close
- Manage select cross-sell and expansion opportunities
- Sell Gorgias’ core product offerings to e-commerce brands across APAC
- Own a quota, and optimize your process to exceed it
- Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to qualify and convert inbound leads
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth customer transition post-sale
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of closing experience, ideally in SaaS
- Comfortable running discovery, live demos, and navigating multi-stakeholder deals
- Consistently exceed quota targets; a true "winner" mindset
- Coachable, curious, and humble with a strong desire to grow
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed, you thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Excellent communicator and persuasive storyteller with strong listening skills
- Able to simplify complex solutions into clear business value
- Nice to have: Experience selling to or working within the e-commerce space
- Nice to have: Experience at a tech startup or scale-up
- Nice to have: Background as an e-commerce founder or working directly with DTC brands
