Job Description
Account Executive facilitating SaaS sales for healthcare practices with a focus on audiology. Responsible for lead generation, client interaction, and maintaining CRM records.
Responsibilities:
- Grows, builds, and leverages a client base within the Sales Department.
- Selling SaaS, payment services, and other add on solutions that will help the prospect or current client.
- Expands sales through direct interaction with customer contacts.
- Generates leads during sales calls, emails, and conference calls.
- Schedules and delivers sales presentations and demos product features to a range of prospective and current clients.
- Maintains and monitors the company’s CRM database with up-to-date client information, prospect pipeline and potential sales opportunities.
- Creates quotes, negotiates terms, and closes sales in line with company goals and expectations.
- Manages and monitors sales dashboard for pending sales closings and follows up with appropriate tasks to close the sale.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a directly related field from an accredited college or university.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant sales experience and previous software experience highly preferred.
- Audiology, home care, medical billing, EMR, or vision industry sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Organization and time-management skills.
