Job Description

Account Executive for B2B sales focused on mobility solutions. Responsible for sales processes and developing AI-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Account Executive (AE), you are responsible for actively selling our Jobticket+ solution to companies.
  • You play a leading role in expanding our market presence and acquiring new corporate customers.
  • You manage the entire sales process: from automated lead generation through inbound conversion to closing.
  • You identify and reach out to the right B2B contacts across various industries.
  • You develop and execute AI-driven sales strategies to meet (and exceed!) your targets.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
  • You present Jobticket+ and demonstrate the value we provide to prospective clients.
  • You negotiate contracts and reliably bring deals across the finish line.
  • You use our AI tools to understand market trends, monitor competitors, and spot new opportunities.
  • You deliver reliable, timely sales forecasts and reports.

Requirements:

  • Must: German at native-speaker level.
  • 2–5 years of work experience.
  • Proven track record as a B2B Account Executive (or in a similar closing role) of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially when it comes to closing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Experience working with AI-powered sales tools.
  • Experience in the mobility or transportation industry is a plus.
