Job Description

Mid-level Account Executive managing inbound and warm leads for a global recruiting business. Responsible for new client acquisition and expanding existing relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of inbound and warm leads provided by the company.
  • Proactively reach out to warm leads to ensure a full calendar of client meetings.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges.
  • Present our company's recruiting services and value proposition in a compelling manner.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close new client agreements to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Focus on achieving a weekly target for new client acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to refine and optimize the sales process.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion by re-engaging with past clients.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or a similar client-facing sales role.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and activities.
  • Previous experience in the recruiting or staffing industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience selling services to clients in the Technology, Construction, or Accounting sectors.
  • English fluency is a must.
