Job Description
Account Executive in IT sales driving new revenue for the leading retail network. Collaborating with teams across Europe to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle within a defined territory
- Proactively prospect for new clients and nurture qualified leads
- Maximize revenue from the existing customer base through strategic cross-selling and upselling initiatives
- Accurately manage a rolling 90-day sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with the broader account team and Customer Success to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Professional working fluency in English, Swedish and either Danish or Norwegian (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written)
- Demonstrated capacity to take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial lead to deal closure
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Documented track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
