Job Description

Account Executive managing the full sales cycle to drive customer acquisition at Bloom Growth. Focused on consultative selling and building relationships in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead engagement
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer goals, challenges, and priorities
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to close
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate records, activities, and forecasts within HubSpot
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience managing opportunities through the full sales cycle in a B2B environment
  • Experience selling to multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • SaaS sales experience (preferred)
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM (preferred)
  • Familiarity with growth operating systems such as Bloom, EOS, Pinnacle, or Scaling Up (preferred)
  • Formal sales training or certifications (preferred)
  • Multilingual abilities (preferred)
