Job Description
Account Executive managing inbound leads for pan pan GmbH, a digital consulting firm. Guiding clients through consultative sales without hard selling tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Lead management: You take ownership of pre-qualified leads and conduct discovery calls.
- Upselling existing customers: Convince current clients of new consulting services.
- Consultative closing: Lead strategy conversations, present solutions, and negotiate contracts.
- Process optimization: Translate intuitive sales knowledge into a scalable CRM playbook.
- Building trust: Act as a bridge between the personal brand and professional excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Mindset: You are primarily a “farmer” with “hunter” skills
- Excellent German, spoken and written
- Disciplined use of CRM systems such as Pipedrive
- Expertise in e‑commerce and search marketing
