Job Description

Account Executive driving new business in cybersecurity at Securin. Independently own named territory and execute sales strategies for closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Join Securin’s high-performance GTM team as an Account Executive, owning a named territory in the commercial or enterprise segment.
  • Independently hunt, qualify, and close new business in cybersecurity.
  • Run a disciplined, repeatable sales process from first call to signature.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline at 3–4x quota through self-sourced opportunities.
  • Design and execute multi-threaded, account-based strategies to penetrate multiple stakeholders.
  • Conduct executive-level discovery conversations that uncover latent pain and quantify financial consequences.
  • Own every deal end-to-end using the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Influence cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Delivery, Customer Success) to deliver on customer commitments.
  • Actively coach and mentor early-career reps; share winning playbooks and contribute to methodology evolution.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle closing experience as an Account Executive in cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex B2B environments.
  • Proven, repeatable track record of hitting or exceeding quota (top 20% performance strongly preferred).
  • Mastery of consultative selling and executive-level communication; you naturally speak the language of CISOs, CFOs, and General Counsels.
  • Deep fluency with MEDDPICC (or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC) and the ability to teach it to others.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate complex commercial terms.
  • Technical acumen—able to credibly discuss cybersecurity concepts, attacker logic, and partner with technical experts.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated ability to quickly master complex technical and regulatory domains.
  • High coachability combined with strong self-discipline and ownership mentality.
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (or similar enterprise CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach sequencing tools, and AI-driven research platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for key accounts, executive briefings, and company events.
