Job Description
Account Executive driving sales and building relationships in the German market for Breezeway's property operations platform. Focusing on operational efficiencies for hospitality providers while working remotely from Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Open and develop the German market from the ground up.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and execute a market entry strategy tailored to Germany
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the German market internally, sharing insights on customer needs, competitors, and positioning.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations and webinars.
- Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
- Leverage HubSpot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
- Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Breezeway in the market.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing SaaS sales role, vacation rental operations, or related industry.
- Native or fluent German (written and spoken)
- Fluent English (company working language)
- SaaS sales experience in the German market
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
- General technical proficiency with software.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
- Proven experience closing deals and managing a full sales cycle
- Strong outbound prospecting skills
- Experience opening new markets or selling in a new territory is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
