Job Description
Account Executive responsible for fostering relationships with Financial Institution partners. Engaging customers and managing pipelines while providing tailored merchant services solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with Financial Institution (FI) partners
- Manage and prioritize soft leads from financial institution partners
- Reach out to referred business and non-business customers
- Maintain and update a pipeline of leads using CRM tools
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to qualify leads
- Analyze customer statements to identify savings opportunities
- Present merchant services offerings clearly and persuasively
- Negotiate pricing and terms and guide the customer through the decision-making process
- Complete and submit paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate
- Coordinate implementation and onboarding with internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related a field and 0 years experience; OR HS/GED AND 4 years of relevant experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Merchant Services experience (Desired but not required)
