Job Description

Specialized Account Executive driving Workday’s AI Talent Suite sales and guiding customers toward a unified AI reality. Collaborating with teams and managing complex sales cycles to optimize talent acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the sales of Workday’s AI Talent Suite
  • Guide customers toward unified, agentic AI solutions
  • Collaborate with Core Account Executives on integration of AI solutions
  • Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex SaaS/Cloud solutions to C-Level executives (CHRO, CIO, CTO)
  • 5+ years Deep Domain Expertise: Proven experience in HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, or AI-driven recruiting software
  • 2+ years Platform Selling: Experience selling multi-product suites
  • Technical & competitive fluency: Ability to articulate the benefits of a "Unified Data Model"
  • Segment Agility: Ability to pivot between conversations about Frontline/Hourly hiring and Corporate/Professional hiring
  • Consultative Mindset: Guiding clients through a "maturity model"
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Thriving in fast-paced environments
