Job Description
Telesales Executive promoting Lokal App's services via outbound calls. Engaging users and achieving sales targets to support company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct **outbound calls** to prospective clients and effectively promote Lokal App's services.
- Engage with users to identify their needs and create tailored solutions that fit their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
- Follow up on **leads** and manage the **sales process** from initial contact through to closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and enhance sales efforts.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to help shape future strategies.
- Achieve **monthly sales targets** and contribute to the overall growth of Lokal App.
Requirements:
- Fluency in **Gujarati **and a good command of **English**.
- Previous experience in **tele sales or sales roles** is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work independently in a **remote** environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with **CRM software, Excel and sales tracking tools** is a plus.
- Motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
- Experience required: 1 Year (Minimum).
