Job Description

Telesales Executive promoting Lokal App's services via outbound calls. Engaging users and achieving sales targets to support company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct **outbound calls** to prospective clients and effectively promote Lokal App's services.
  • Engage with users to identify their needs and create tailored solutions that fit their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on **leads** and manage the **sales process** from initial contact through to closing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and enhance sales efforts.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to help shape future strategies.
  • Achieve **monthly sales targets** and contribute to the overall growth of Lokal App.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in **Gujarati **and a good command of **English**.
  • Previous experience in **tele sales or sales roles** is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a **remote** environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with **CRM software, Excel and sales tracking tools** is a plus.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
  • Experience required: 1 Year (Minimum).
