Job Description
Sales Representative for LEANTECHNIK's international product portfolio, acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. Involves extensive customer consultations and participation in trade fairs.
Responsibilities:
- You will represent and promote the LEANTECHNIK brand and its product portfolio to customers in international markets
- Acquire new customers and expand the existing client base
- Advise and support customers, including providing technical consultation
- Take responsibility for sales targets for new and existing customers
- Support equipment and system project planning
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting
- Travel to customers (domestic and international) as required
- Participate in national and international trade fairs
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline; alternatively, relevant technical vocational training with further qualifications and substantial industry experience
- Strong technical understanding combined with proven sales and closing capabilities and the ability to present complex issues in a customer-oriented and persuasive way
- At least 2 years’ experience in technical sales within mechanical engineering, automation technology, or comparable industrial sectors
- Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1) spoken and written
- Willingness to undertake regular national and international travel for customer support and project execution
- Independent, structured working style with a strong results orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident presence, negotiation skills, and strong customer focus
