Job Description

Account Executive handling sales process from lead generation to closing deals for SMB legal teams at Wordsmith. Must manage high volume sales cycles effectively and collaborate with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Qualify quickly and focus on the deals that matter
  • Run efficient discovery and demos with a clear focus on value
  • Close deals in shorter sales cycles (typically 2–6 weeks)
  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue and activity targets
  • Maintain clean pipeline and strong follow-up across all deals
  • Use CRM as your operating system to manage volume effectively

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience (or strong SDR ready to step up)
  • Evidence of hitting targets in a high-velocity environment
  • Strong qualification skills — you know when to push and when to walk away
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Highly organised and disciplined with pipeline management
  • High energy and resilience — you can handle volume without losing quality
