Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new business and strategic growth for Alvaria CX in contact center solutions. Engaging enterprise customers with high-volume, business-critical customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive net-new enterprise revenue through disciplined prospecting, account planning, and opportunity management
  • Lead value-based sales cycles in partnership with Solution Consultants
  • Own complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from discovery through contract execution
  • Build trusted relationships across IT, Operations, Compliance, and the C-suite
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, Alliances, and Professional Services
  • Travel as required to accelerate deal momentum and customer relationships

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of enterprise, quota-carrying field sales experience (SaaS / CCaaS / enterprise software)
  • Proven success exceeding targets and closing complex, high-value deals
  • Strong strategic account planning and opportunity management skills
  • Ability to translate technical capability into business outcomes
  • Commercial acumen across negotiation, procurement, and contracting
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment
