Job Description

Account Executive at Relay helping small businesses thrive with digital banking solutions. Driving new business through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in a fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Advise business owners and accountants in a high-trust manner
  • Translate product capabilities into tangible business value
  • Collaborate with internal departments to innovate the sales process

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full sales cycle or account management experience
  • Experience within fintech or selling to SMBs, accountants, or bookkeepers
  • Consultative, discovery-led sales approach
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-scaling environment
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, proficiency in Spanish
