Job Description

Account Executive establishing Sitemark's presence in Australia by building a customer base and pipeline. Driving sales in one of the world's fastest-growing solar markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Open the Australian market from the ground up — build Sitemark's presence, pipeline, and first customer base.
  • Build and own a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Drive relentless outreach and follow-up to win attention and secure meetings.
  • Deliver persuasive pitches that translate Sitemark's value into tangible business outcomes.
  • Negotiate confidently and close deals with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Represent Sitemark at events, conferences, and customer meetings across Australia.

Requirements:

  • Based in Australia, with native-level English and strong cultural affinity for the market.
  • Proven B2B “hunter” sales experience (2–5 years minimum), with a strong record of closing deals and beating targets.
  • A self-starter with serious ownership and initiative — you take the lead and make things happen without waiting for direction.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Resilient, competitive, and target-driven — you don't just manage accounts, you win them.
  • Willingness to travel across Australia to secure and grow business.
  • Nice to have: Prior exposure to the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Additional languages.
