Job Description
Sales Representative driving sales efforts through the Global Business Services team at Voyager Global Mobility. Generating new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage pre-filtered leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients to convert these leads into sales.
- End to end knowledge to explain the benefits and features of our various car leasing products to clients.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule appointments for them to visit the nearest branch and complete the onboarding process.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Accurately document all client interactions, sales progress, and outcomes in our CRM tools.
- Work closely with the sales team and branch staff to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a telephone sales or customer service role, ideally within the car leasing or mobility sector.
- Exceptional Fluency (Speaking and Writing) in Spanish and English is required.
- Additional languages are advantageous (Urdu,Russian, Arab, Hindi, Portuguese, Chinese-Mandarin, Italian).
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google environment, and other sales-related tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones across the United States and Latin America.
