Job Description

Sales Representative for The Boutique Hub connecting retailers and brands while driving membership growth. Conducting outreach, managing leads, and representing the Hub at events and trade shows.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective members and business owners.
  • Recommend appropriate Hub memberships, programs, coaching services, and educational resources based on business goals.
  • Follow up with leads through phone, email, and text communication.
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet individual sales and conversion goals.
  • Create exceptional experiences that build long-term member relationships.
  • Represent The Boutique Hub at major retail markets, trade shows, and live events.
  • Build relationships with boutique owners, brands, sponsors, and industry partners.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up conversations.
  • Support membership sales and sponsorship opportunities during events.
  • Assist with event setup, execution, networking activities, and attendee engagement.
  • Develop relationships with wholesale brands and industry service providers.
  • Identify sponsorship opportunities aligned with Hub events, media, and educational initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-up with prospective sponsors and partners.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled and relationships remain strong.
  • Help grow long-term partnerships that create value for both members and sponsors.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for prospective and existing members.
  • Gather feedback and insights from members, brands, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable conducting sales calls and building relationships both virtually and in person.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to travel regularly for industry events and trade shows.
  • Experience in boutique retail, wholesale, ecommerce, or small business environments preferred.
  • CRM experience preferred.
