Job Description

Account Executive at Evolve Security involved in enterprise cybersecurity sales and client engagement in the Northeast region.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets
  • Progress and close complex opportunities with guidance from senior leadership
  • Support and close mid- to large-sized deals, with exposure to six-figure and growing enterprise engagements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal hygiene in CRM
  • Target and engage enterprise and upper-mid-market accounts in the Boston/Philadelphia region
  • Conduct discovery conversations focused on client goals, risk, and outcomes
  • Support pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract execution
  • Learn to navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees and longer sales cycles
  • Build relationships with security, IT, and business leaders (Director, VP, and emerging C-level)
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and product/service walkthroughs
  • Conduct demonstrations of Evolve Security’s reporting and collaboration platforms
  • Nurture prospects through thoughtful, value-driven outreach
  • Partner with Security Engineers, Advisory, Finance, and Sales leadership to scope and advance deals
  • Document and communicate client goals, scope, and delivery expectations
  • Ensure clean handoff from sales to delivery teams
  • Consultative seller with strong curiosity and business acumen
  • Comfortable learning and selling technical services
  • Coachable, accountable, and eager to develop enterprise-level skills
  • Organized with strong follow-through
  • Positive, competitive, team-oriented mindset

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience
  • Experience selling complex solutions, services, or technology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage confidently with Director- and VP-level stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Exposure to enterprise or upper-mid-market accounts
  • Interest or experience in cybersecurity, technology, or professional services
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.)
