Job Description

Account Executive responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales for measurable results. Engaging in upselling and cross-selling while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships and driving sales growth
  • Identifying and qualifying potential customers
  • Presenting products or services in a compelling way
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals
  • Onboarding and account management
  • Maintaining and expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Conducting product demonstrations
  • Preparing proposals
  • Responding to RFPs
  • Tracking client interactions in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
