Job Description
Account Manager supporting programmatic advertising clients across the full campaign lifecycle and driving successful project outcomes. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal performance and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact for active programmatic advertisers and agencies
- Act as the programmatic continuity expert across the full campaign lifecycle
- Support Sales during the RFP process
- Support campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and performance storytelling
- Monitor delivery and proactively troubleshoot or escalate issues
- Support creative and ad copy workflows to ensure timely campaign launches
- Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports and insights
- Partner with various internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and drive repeat business
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, account management, or client services
- Strong understanding of programmatic buying and/or the digital/CTV space, campaign delivery, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant coursework and experience considered
