Job Description

Account Manager supporting programmatic advertising clients across the full campaign lifecycle and driving successful project outcomes. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal performance and insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client contact for active programmatic advertisers and agencies
  • Act as the programmatic continuity expert across the full campaign lifecycle
  • Support Sales during the RFP process
  • Support campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and performance storytelling
  • Monitor delivery and proactively troubleshoot or escalate issues
  • Support creative and ad copy workflows to ensure timely campaign launches
  • Prepare and deliver campaign performance reports and insights
  • Partner with various internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and drive repeat business

Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, account management, or client services
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying and/or the digital/CTV space, campaign delivery, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant coursework and experience considered
