Job Description
Key Account Manager specializing in Hematology responsible for implementing commercial strategies and maximizing product presence in Israel. Aiming to improve patient journey and access to treatments through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize BeOne's products in the served territory
- Implement the commercial strategy, generating demand
- Unlock access barriers and achieve defined sales targets
- Drive and implement commercial strategy by considering stakeholder particularities
- Understand the patient pathway and ensure compliance with BeOne guidelines
- Perform account mapping and develop long-term engagements with customers
- Identify access barriers and develop tailor solutions
- Update the CRM internal system and maintain knowledge of disease areas, products, and competitors
Requirements:
- Pharmacist, pharm D, MD within a clinical and/or scientific profession
- At least 3 years of experience as commercial representative
- At least 2 years of experience in Oncology/hematology field
- Strong identification with BeOne´s values
- Willingness to learning and continuously developing (training and coaching)
- Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial
- Excellent reliable contacts with opinion leaders in the relevant indications
- Knowledge of distribution structures and distribution channels of drugs
- Standard Computer Skills required (MS Office)
