Job Description
Account Manager leading growth and partnerships for Playtech in Brazil's dynamic gaming market. Drive revenue and develop long-term client relationships in the gaming sector.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs, business drivers, and the nuances of the Brazilian market.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value customers, consistently identifying and seizing opportunities to exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Leverage deep knowledge of Playtech’s tools, platforms, and the competitive landscape to deliver tailored, innovative solutions.
- Engage confidently with C-level stakeholders, regulators, and industry influencers, positioning Playtech as the partner of choice in Brazil.
- Monitor and anticipate market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to keep clients, and Playtech, at the forefront.
- Navigate Brazil’s regulatory environment with expertise, ensuring all activities are fully compliant and ethically sound.
- Work closely with internal teams across regions, sharing insights and best practices to drive collective success.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in account management or business development within the gaming, iGaming, or technology sector, preferably with a focus on Brazil.
- Deep understanding of Brazil’s gaming regulations, consumer behavior, and business culture.
- Familiarity with Playtech’s suite of products and a strong grasp of the competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to translate data and trends into actionable strategies.
- Always seeking new ways to add value, solve challenges, and deliver results.
- High attention to detail, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential; Spanish is a plus.
