Job Description

Account Manager driving business growth by building client relationships within life sciences and biotechnology sectors at Cytiva. Collaborating with sales team to identify expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities for Expansion – Proactively assess client needs and market trends to uncover new business opportunities, upsell solutions, and expand account value.
  • Funnel Management – Oversee the sales pipeline by tracking leads, nurturing prospects, and ensuring efficient progression through the funnel to optimize conversion rates.
  • Account Planning and Management – Develop strategic account plans, set objectives, and implement tailored approaches to maximize client engagement and business outcomes.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty through personalized interactions.
  • Collaboration and Insight-Driven Strategy – Work cross-functionally with internal teams to leverage data and industry insights, driving customer success and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering , or related field
  • Comprehensive commercial experience in Biotechnology market
  • Knowledge of CRM and dashboard tools like SFDC and QlikSense
  • Ability to work with presentation and finance tools
  • Demonstrated competences in business development
  • Ability to travel occasionally within territory or other locations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
