Job Description

Account Manager owning client portfolios from onboarding to long-term management at Rex RealTrust. Focus on building relationships, improving processes, and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of your client portfolio, from onboarding through to long-term relationship management and service optimisation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients and build trusted relationships
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, coordinate resources across the operational teams
  • Lead the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless transition into Rex RealTrust systems
  • Conduct regular client meetings, progressing from onboarding check-ins to ongoing relationship reviews
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both the client experience and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated commercial property management experience using Cirrus8
  • Proven experience in both Commercial Property Management and Trust Accounting
  • Strong understanding of commercial property operations, trust accounting processes and industry legislation
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence leading client meetings, presentations and training sessions
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client portfolios
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
  • Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
