Job Description
Account Manager in a healthcare company managing sales targets for customers in designated areas. Promoting product lines and providing technical support across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and achieving sales targets for customers in designated areas (Guangzhou and Zhuhai)
- Promote the company's product line and provide professional technical solution support and training
- Analyze market demand, develop sales strategies, and optimize channel management
- Cross departmental collaboration ensures rapid response to customer needs and problem-solving
- Develop a visit plan, effectively plan time and resources, and accelerate product coverage and penetration
Requirements:
- University graduate with Medical degrees and more than two years of medical/pharma sales experience
- Strong learning agility, selling skills, can work independently with minimum supervision
- Resilient, can work under pressure, and good at problem-solving
- Optimistic, diligent, down-to-earth in work, preferably with creative thinking
- Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity and customer service mindset
