Job Description

Account Manager supporting first year school customers in implementing educational products. Engaging with schools to ensure adoption and satisfaction while building relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of first-year school customers, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new schools, ensuring successful implementation within the first 45 days.
  • Coordinate product setup and training to ensure educators are confident using 3P products.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions and professional development workshops for educators and school leaders.
  • Conduct regular health checks and strategic check ins to review product usage and ensure customers are realizing full value.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Support teams to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  • Represent the company at education conferences, school visits and industry events to strengthen relationships and promote 3P solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in account management, customer success or sales, ideally in EdTech, SaaS or education focused organizations.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, retention or customer success targets.
  • Experience onboarding and supporting customers through product adoption.
  • Confidence managing a portfolio of accounts or a defined territory.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and analyzing customer data to guide strategy.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging educators or school leaders being a plus.
