Job Description

Account Manager focused on building partnerships with law firms. Managing accounts to ensure value realization from iManage's solutions and strategic advisory.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of law firm accounts
  • Developing and executing tailored account strategies
  • Leading renewal and commercial discussions
  • Partnering with Customer Success Managers and Professional Services
  • Acting as a strategic advisor for law firms
  • Maintaining accurate account plans and forecasts within CRM tools
  • Staying informed on legal industry trends

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or strategic customer partnerships within B2B SaaS or professional services environments
  • Experience working with or selling to law firms
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts through proactive engagement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
