Job Description
Account Manager driving Leica Biosystems’ cancer diagnostics sales across Poland. Managing strategic accounts, tenders, negotiations, and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue and market share for Leica Biosystems products and services within a defined territory
- Actively manage accounts to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and acquire new accounts
- Achieve revenue targets and drive profitable growth through strategic account management and business development
- Develop and execute account plans to identify customer needs, generate opportunities, and expand the sales funnel
- Build customer relationships and promote the Leica Biosystems portfolio through consultative selling, customer visits, presentations, demonstrations, and industry events
- Lead commercial activities including tenders, quotations, negotiations, and deal closure
- Use CRM and strategic selling tools to manage opportunities, support forecasting, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and maintain accurate customer and pipeline management
- Work as part of the Poland team and report to the Senior Commercial Manager Poland
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree
- Multiple years of relevant experience as an Account Manager in the medical industry
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel, within the territory in Poland and occasionally to other European countries or beyond
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Understanding of IHC and overall pathology workflow and solutions is a plus
- Knowledge of public procurement procedures in the medical industry is a plus
- Knowledge of the pathology market in Poland is a plus
