Job Description
Account Manager nurturing existing customer relationships across local government and education sectors for ICS.AI. Combines strategic account management with commercial awareness to identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing accounts as single point of commercial contact
- Coordinate with delivery team for change requests and new contract phases
- Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans
- Work closely with Customer Success Manager for project updates and reviews
- Ensure timely renewal completion and customer satisfaction
- Bring in new business sellers for expansion opportunities
- Utilise and promote generative AI tools to increase productivity
Requirements:
- Strategic account management experience (4 years)
- Commercial awareness to identify opportunities and strong negotiation skills
- Relationship building skills to serve as trusted advisor
- Collaborative approach to work effectively with Customer Success and delivery teams
- Market insight to understand customer landscapes and competitive positioning
- Communication excellence for meetings and strategic discussions
- Technology proficiency, particularly with generative AI tools
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (desired)
