Job Description
Account Manager at Freshmade, a boutique agency modernizing food brands through creative strategies. Supporting account management team by ensuring projects are executed on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
- Organize briefs, create timelines, proof work, wrangle creatives, and do anything otherwise necessary to get the very best work done on time and in scope.
- Ensure that our engagements go smoothly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in an account management role (agency preferred).
- Thrive on human connection and excel in a client-facing environment.
- Adept in quality assurance, proofing, and reviewing.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and an enthusiasm for wearing many hats.
- Take distinct pleasure in multi-tasking and managing diverse responsibilities.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adapt easily to different personalities, work styles, and varying needs.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are known for being a genuinely nice person.
