Job Description
Client Relationship Manager handling day-to-day financial needs for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Serving as a central point of contact and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, managing day-to-day financial and coordinating administrative needs
- Oversee cash management, bill pay, and money movement across multiple accounts and entities
- Review and communicate financial reports, budgets, and cash flow to clients
- Coordinate and manage multiple entities, real estate holdings, and business interests
- Ensure timely execution of client requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Act as the central hub between clients, advisors, CPAs, attorneys, and internal teams
- Proactively identify issues, anticipate needs, and recommend solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct client-facing experience in a family office, business management, or UHNW client environment
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships independently
- Hands-on experience with financial reporting and budgeting
- Cash flow management and account oversight
- Bill pay and transaction execution
- Multi-entity structures and/or real estate holdings
- Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with clients and their advisors
