Job Description
Partner Account Manager managing operational and analytical tasks for a leading social discovery company. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve partner-related processes and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control;
- Analyzing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities;
- Developing and implementing content sufficiency and quality strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders;
- Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests;
- Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines);
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimization.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Chinese (C1), Russian (C1), and English (B2)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims
- Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel)
- Advanced user of Google Workspace
