Job Description

Account Manager responsible for acquiring and supporting clients in the office furniture sector. Focused on the Niederrhein and West Ruhrgebiet regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Independent and responsible acquisition and management of end customers, architects, project developers, etc. for the Niederrhein and Western Ruhr area
  • Acquisition, selection and support of existing and new specialist retail partners
  • Collaboration with network partners as well as support and consulting for architects
  • Development of sales targets in cooperation with sales management
  • Responsibility for preparing quotations
  • Resolution of technical, commercial and contractual issues throughout the process up to contract signing and order processing
  • Preparation of market, competitor and product analyses
  • Participation in trade fairs and other sales-related events
  • Coordination of activities with all other company departments
  • Responsible coordinator for supporting marketing measures and campaigns with specialist retail partners
  • Reporting

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training with a focus on sales
  • Professional experience in selling complex/consultative products with proven success
  • Strong prospecting and communication skills; team-oriented and enthusiastic personality
