Job Description
Account Manager I at Lastro managing client relationships while leveraging AI for real estate applications. Responsibilities include training clients and ensuring product adoption for business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, follow their journey, and ensure a comprehensive experience with our product and its features.
- Conduct trainings and meetings, building a trusting relationship with clients throughout their journey.
- Present solutions aligned with clients' objectives using a consultative approach, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Prevent churn by applying proactive retention and loyalty strategies.
- Monitor client performance, analyze data, and propose improvements to ensure tangible results.
Requirements:
- Experience in account management and client relationships within audio environments.
- Genuine interest in technical products, with a willingness to learn in a technology-first environment.
- Enthusiasm for AI concepts and trends, with a commitment to staying up to date on the topic.
- Ability to record and organize client data in a structured way within our systems.
- Ability to gather insights and interpret platform usage and performance metrics, turning them into actionable recommendations.
- Clear written and verbal communication, adapting language for different audiences, with strong persuasive skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to train and engage clients with varying levels of technical familiarity.
- Capacity to address client issues and propose specialized, solution-oriented responses.
