Job Description

Accounts Receivable Admin Assistant managing customer payment follow-up for US clients. Remote role with responsibilities including CRM management and invoice tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify which customers require follow-up.
  • Send scripted follow-up emails.
  • Respond to payment-related inquiries.
  • Research invoice discrepancies and payment history.
  • Verify ACH payments, checks, and payment status.
  • Track purchase orders (POs).
  • Navigate and update CRM records.
  • Research payment history.
  • Track invoice status.
  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation.
  • Assist with other AdHoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Administrative Assistant for US-based clients.
  • Preferably with experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in email follow-up and outreach.
  • Prior CRM experience (Vonigo CRM experience is a BONUS).
  • Basic understanding of accounts receivable terminology: Invoices ACH payments Checks Purchase Orders
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
