Job Description
Accounts Receivable Admin Assistant managing customer payment follow-up for US clients. Remote role with responsibilities including CRM management and invoice tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Identify which customers require follow-up.
- Send scripted follow-up emails.
- Respond to payment-related inquiries.
- Research invoice discrepancies and payment history.
- Verify ACH payments, checks, and payment status.
- Track purchase orders (POs).
- Navigate and update CRM records.
- Research payment history.
- Track invoice status.
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation.
- Assist with other AdHoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Administrative Assistant for US-based clients.
- Preferably with experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in email follow-up and outreach.
- Prior CRM experience (Vonigo CRM experience is a BONUS).
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable terminology: Invoices ACH payments Checks Purchase Orders
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
